Our menus change frequently and include seasonal, local produce so you can enjoy great tastes all year round.

Themed Dinners

The themed dinners allow the students to research and structure menus that reflect classical dishes. They then have the opportunity to put a modern and current twist to the dishes, giving the customer the basics of the dish from the menu description but being surprised by the structure and flavours presented in front of them.

Through the involvement of leading industry chefs and the colleges ever increasing list of specialist equipment the students can showcase what they are truly capable of achieving and this can be measured by the feedback we receive from the customers.
