International Kitchen Hire

During half terms and in the evenings the kitchens are available to hire for food competitions, training, master classes and other cooking events.

Charges

£400.00 full day
8.00am until 5.00pm
£200.00 morning
8.00am until 12.00pm
£200.0 afternoon
4.30pm until 9.00pm

Ovens

1 combination oven (20 grid)
1 convection oven with steam (20 grid)
2 small pizza ovens (electric)
I tandoori oven (gas)

2gas char grills
3 x 2 burner water stations wok tops (gas)
1 large blast chiller
Bain marie

16 cooking points to include the following;
2 gas rings (1 small, 1 large)
1 induction hob
Use of sink
Use of undercounter fridge per 2 stations

Selection of hand held equipment
Colour coded chopping boards
Induction suitable pans
