Do I have to be a member of a dining club to eat in the restaurant?

No, the Restaurant is open to the public like any other city eatery.

Can I come in with out booking?

Booking a table is necessary just call 0113 284 6262 to avoid disappointment.

What time do you serve lunch?

We recommend that you are seated between 12.pm and 12.30pm.

What time do you serve dinner?

We recommend that you are seated by 7.pm.

How can I find out what is on the menu?

The menu reflects seasonal produce and changes every few months. We can email you a copy by request or you can call Farthings on 0113 284 6262.

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

We cater for all dietary requests but would appreciate notice at the time of booking to ensure we meet you requirements.

Do you have wheelchair access?

There is wheelchair access in to College and the Restaurant which is on reception level.

How much is it for lunch?

Menu is individually priced so you can expect to pay around £2.75 for a Starter, £5.25 for a main course and £2.50 for dessert.

How much is it for Dinner?

Dinner Menu’s are from £16.50 for a three course meal.

Do you have a children’s menu?

Not a children’s menu but with notice we can accommodate most requests.

Do we have have the opportunity to leave comments about the meal and service?

Yes we have a comments book and occasionally a questionnaire.

What days do you open?

Monday – Friday Lunches and Tuesday – Thursdays Dinners.
Friday Evenings are available for private parties of 50 guests and over.

Can we pay by credit card?

Yes but with the exception of American express.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes deposits are required for all Christmas bookings,, Themed Dinners and private functions. £5.00 pp for lunch and £10.0pp for Dinner.
