College Helps Spice up World Curry Festival

Things will be hotting up over the coming weekend (Sept 23rd-25th) as Leeds City College plays its part in the World Curry Festival, being hosted in the city.
The College, the leading and only educational partner for the festival, will be running curry making sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on The Headrow.
Chef tutors will be helping under 12s to make onion bhajis while 12-16 year olds can try their hand at making samosas and 16+ and adults can prepare Thai curry.
Teams from local schools including Boston Spa, East Leeds Academy and Carr Manor will be joining in the fun on Friday, with members of the public able to sign up for sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
